Wine tasting evening - notice to all members

A wine tasting quiz evening is taking place on Saturday 17 July 2010. Teams of 6 will compete to answer questions about 6 very different wines.  Each of six rounds will include a bottle of wine per team to share, along with complementary nibbles. Tickets are priced at £10.00 which includes the cost of the wine and nibbles. To reserve your tickets, please e-mail Simon Rice-Birchall, Social Secretary, at social.conistonsailingclub.co.uk

Tickets will be distributed on 17 July and payment will also be taken on that day. Please note that if you reserve a ticket but don't for any reason attend, payment will still be due unless at least 14 days' advance notice is given.

Gondola Cruise - notice to all members

The Gondola Cruise is taking place on Saturday 7 August 2010.

Tickets this year are priced at £10.00 for adults and £6.00 for children. The adult ticket includes a bottle of Cava between two, and the child's ticket includes soft drink refreshment. Additional bottles of Cava will be available for purchase during the evening at cost price - £6.50.

Although the Gondola can take 86 passengers, advance sale tickets are being restricted to 70 in number.

Tickets will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. To reserve your tickets, please e-mail Simon Rice-Birchall, Social Secretary, at social.conistonsailingclub.co.uk .Tickets will be distributed on 7 August and payment will also be taken on that day.
