Abandoned Property
THE FOLLOWING BOATS/ITEMS HAVE BEEN ABANDONED ON CONISTON SAILING CLUB PREMISES AND ARE CONTRAVENING OUR LEASE WITH THE NATIONAL TRUST.
CONISTON SAILING CLUB HEREBY GIVES NOTICE THAT IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT CLAIMED AND REMOVED BY THE OWNER WITHIN ONE MONTH (by Saturday 22nd. May 2010) THEN THE PROPERTY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE CLUB PREMISES AND EITHER SOLD OR DESTROYED. ANY COSTS INCURRED BY THIS ACTION WILL BE PAYABLE BY THE OWNER OF THE SAID PROPERTY IF THEY ARE TRACED IN THE FUTURE.
Members of Coniston Sailing Club may submit sealed bids to purchase any of this property if it is not claimed and removed by the owner by 22nd May 2010. Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope with full details (name, address, phone number and number of item bidding for) of the member submitting the bid and forwarded to the Honorary Secretary by 22nd. May 2010 Confirmation will be issued as soon as possible following 22nd. May to the successful bidder of these items and payment will be expected within the one week. Then new owner must then remove the item immediately.
